TOYS, GAMES AND GIFTS

Toys, games, and gifts represent one of the fastest-growing export categories, supported by a strong manufacturing base and competitive production costs. In 2023, exports under HS Code 95, which includes toys, games, and sports requisites, reached nearly USD 5.9 billion, making the country the second-largest exporter worldwide.

The United States remained the top destination, accounting for almost half of total shipments, while Japan and European markets such as Germany, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom followed closely. Export performance in recent years has shown remarkable momentum, with shipments increasing by more than 40% year-on-year, underlining the sector’s ability to adapt to shifting global demand.

Market forecasts further indicate steady expansion, with annual growth projected at over 5% through 2033, supported by rising demand for educational toys, licensed products, and sustainably made gift items. This consistent growth trajectory highlights the country’s solid position in the global B2B supply chain for toys, games, and gift exports.
