BED CLOTHINGS
Export-oriented manufacturers of cushions, blankets, bed sheets and related bed linen products are increasingly fueling Vietnam’s home textile export sector. In 2023, the country exported about USD 321 million worth of house linens alone, ranking among the top 10 global exporters in that product group. Meanwhile, Vietnam’s overall textile and garment export value surpassed USD 37.04 billion in 2024, reflecting an 11.2 % year-on-year increase.
The Vietnamese home textile market, covering bedding, upholstery, kitchen linen and more, was valued at approximately USD 2.87 billion in 2024 and is forecast to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 5-6 % in the coming years. Domestic producers benefit from abundant labor, efficient logistics, and free trade agreements such as CPTPP and EVFTA that facilitate lower trade barriers for international buyers.
Bed linen exports recorded an average price of nearly USD 10,428 per ton in 2023, underlining Vietnam’s competitiveness in cost-to-quality ratio. With over 19,000 textile enterprises operating nationwide, the industry ensures both capacity for bulk orders and flexibility for diversified product ranges.
